(IB)- 558(ND)/2024, in the matter of M/s IL&FS Financial Services Limited vs. M/s. Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited has approved the initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against “Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited and appointed Mr. Navneet Kumar Gupta as IRP having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00001/2016-2017/10009.
